Placements24 is seeking a strategic, results-driven Remote Business Development Manager to drive growth in the FMCG sector. You will identify new opportunities, forge partnerships and expand market reach while leading a remote team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
An MBA is advantageous.
6–8 years in business development, sales or partnerships in FMCG/CPG.
Proven track record in identifying, negotiating and closing deals.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and financial skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work remotely and manage a team.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and market expansion in FMCG.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients and industry influencers.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot gaps.
Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms and long-term value.
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to align efforts with strategy.
Stay informed on industry trends, technologies and regulatory changes affecting FMCG.
