• MBA is highly advantageous.
• 7–10 years in business development, sales, or partnerships within FMCG.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the FMCG sector across SA.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share and revenue.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement initiatives.
• Prepare proposals and reports for senior management with growth metrics.
