Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in category/brand management in FMCG.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of retail dynamics and consumer trends.
• Experience driving growth in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
