About the Role Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Remote Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline their fleet's daily activities from the comfort of their home office. This position is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring driver support, and coordinating deliveries across various regions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong command of logistics software and tracking technologies. As a fully remote role, you must be self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing tasks and communication effectively without direct supervision. You will be the central point of contact for drivers, handling dispatching, monitoring progress, and proactively resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations, including dispatching drivers, managing schedules, and assigning routes.
• Serve as the primary remote point of contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and timely support.
• Monitor vehicle locations, delivery progress, and driver adherence to schedules using fleet management software.
• Proactively identify and address operational challenges, such as traffic delays, vehicle issues, or customer service needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all fleet activities, deliveries, and driver logs.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Assist in managing vehicle maintenance schedules and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing fleet efficiency and reducing downtime.
• Generate reports on fleet performance and operational status as required.

Requirements
