• Manage driver schedules, assignments, and communication, ensuring compliance with labor laws and driving hour regulations.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and ensure all fleet vehicles are in safe and compliant operating condition.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance history, and incident reports.
• Act as a primary point of contact for drivers, providing support, addressing concerns, and resolving operational issues remotely.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and governmental compliance requirements for the fleet.
• Analyze fleet data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Liaise with clients regarding delivery status updates and operational logistics as needed.
