Job summary

Codekeeper is seeking an Account Manager to drive inbound sales growth for our SaaS Source Code Escrow platform. You’ll build relationships, respond to inquiries, conduct online demos, and turn conversations into partnerships across diverse industries.

This remote-first role requires English excellence, 1–2 years of sales experience, and comfort with US hours. You’ll collaborate with a startup-minded team, create offers, and upsell value to existing customers while maintaining top-notch customer

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on potential solutions and building relationships through excellent service.

• A/B testing approaches to optimize results and improve conversions.
• Conducting online platform demos to showcase product benefits and features.
• Creating and negotiating offers to close deals with potential customers.
• Upselling to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.
