Job summary

Codekeeper, a remote-first software escrow company, seeks an energetic SDR to drive inbound and outbound sales of our SaaS Source Code Escrow platform. You will identify opportunities, demonstrate value, and build lasting customer relationships to fuel growth.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with US-hour operations, excel at outbound outreach, and collaborate closely with a dynamic team to optimize conversion rates and close deals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer pain points.
• Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
• Strong time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with ability to adapt under pressure.
• Enjoy giving online demos and presenting product value.
• Experience working with diverse companies and industries.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on potential solutions and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare outbound campaigns and email sequences; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Identify, prospect, and contact new leads through inbound and outbound channels.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize results and improve conversions.
• Perform online platform demos to showcase product benefits.
• Create and negotiate offers to close deals with potential customers.
• Upsell to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.
