Job summary

Codekeeper is seeking a methodical Growth Specialist to accelerate our global expansion. You’ll drive inbound and outbound campaigns, SEO/SEA, marketing automation, and data-driven optimization across projects with Sales and Product teams.

You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, from concept to reporting, build landing pages and CTAs, create nurture emails, and ensure a coherent brand experience in a remote-first environment with opportunities to own initiatives and grow.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth, and performance channels.
• Experience with inbound and outbound campaigns, SEO, SEA, and marketing automation.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SEO and SEA initiatives.
• Plan, launch, and improve paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
• Develop and manage landing pages aligned to campaign goals.
• Create and refine CTAs across channels.
• Build and execute email marketing flows (automation, drips, transactional, mass).
• Manage social media campaigns focused on lead generation and awareness.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to improve lead quality.
