Placements24 is seeking a remote Fintech Product Manager to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for cutting-edge financial software. This fully remote role requires strong collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management within fintech, solid knowledge of payments or blockchain, and proven experience delivering digital products in Agile environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years in product management, fintech focus.
• Proven track record launching digital products.
• Strong understanding of financial services, payments, blockchain.
• Experience with Agile development (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams.

Mansioni

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fintech products.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities.
• Translate strategy into detailed product specs, user stories, and prototypes.
