Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in product management, fintech exposure.
• Proven track record launching and scaling digital products.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and PM tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent communicator with leadership experience in remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for fintech initiatives.
• Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure timely delivery.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle, prioritization, and releases.
• Track KPIs and drive growth through GTM with marketing.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to remote team practices.
