Our client, a rapidly growing Fintech company, is seeking an experienced Senior Fintech Product Manager to join their innovative, fully remote team. This role is instrumental in defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key financial technology products. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of financial services, agile methodologies, and a passion for building scalable digital products. Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key Fintech products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify product opportunities and unmet needs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes for the engineering team.
• Prioritize product features and development efforts based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Manage the product backlog and sprint planning for agile development teams.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to optimize user engagement and business outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Fintech and financial services industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• An MBA or Master's in a relevant field is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on Fintech or digital financial services.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
