Placements24 is seeking a Senior Fintech Product Manager to define strategy, roadmap, and execution for cutting-edge financial technology products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver scalable digital solutions that drive user value and business growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fintech product management, strong agile experience, and a proven track record of launching digital products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Business.
MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
5+ years in product management focusing on Fintech or digital financial services.
Proven track record launching and scaling digital products.
Strong knowledge of agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience with user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key Fintech products.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions.
Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and prototypes for engineering.
Prioritize features based on value, impact, and feasibility.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA throughout development lifecycle.
Manage product backlog and sprint planning for agile teams.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales.
Monitor product performance and iterate to improve engagement and outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with trends in Fintech and financial services.
