Job summary

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, define strategy, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, compliance, and operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance or related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of project management experience in software product development, fintech/financial services preferred.
- Proven track record delivering complex software products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end fintech product development from ideation to launch.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, and detailed project plans with stakeholders.
- Manage agile teams with sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
- Oversee full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and operations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance for market needs.
