Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Client Onboarding Specialist to join a fully remote Fintech team. You will guide clients through applications, documentation, and platform setup, providing a positive first impression while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role supports clients nationwide, including Mahikeng, North West, with a strong emphasis on communication and process improvement. You will collaborate with sales, compliance and technical teams, maintain CRM records, and

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding, account management, or customer support in Fintech or regulated industries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM software and common business apps.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients with compliance and accuracy.
• Guide clients through application forms and document submission.
• Verify information to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Educate clients on platform features and usage.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain onboarding records in the CRM system.
