About the Role

Our client, an innovative Fintech company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Client Onboarding Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting clients nationwide, including those in the Mahikeng, North West region. This role is critical for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients, helping them integrate seamlessly with our client's financial technology solutions. You will guide clients through application procedures, documentation requirements, and platform setup, providing a positive first impression. We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial services or technology platforms. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a growing Fintech leader from a remote location, playing a key role in customer acquisition and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Guide clients through the completion of necessary application forms and submission of required documentation.
• Verify client information and documentation to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Educate clients on the features, benefits, and usage of the Fintech platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges clients encounter during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with sales, compliance, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless client transition.
• Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and client communications in the CRM system.
• Develop and update onboarding materials and documentation for clients and internal use.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and client experience.
• Act as a primary point of contact for new clients during their initial phase.

Requirements

• Previous experience in client onboarding, account management, customer support, or operations, preferably within Fintech, banking, or a related regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of compliance and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business applications.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.
• This is a fully Remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
