Placements24 is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist in Rustenburg, North West, to guide new clients through setup, training, and early service use. You will be the main contact during the initial engagement with strong emphasis on clear communication and documentation.

The role supports a hybrid work model, balancing office presence with remote flexibility, and aims to establish solid foundations for long-term client success and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in providing client training is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
• Conduct introductory meetings and product demonstrations for new clients.
• Guide clients through setup, configuration, and initial usage of the service.
• Develop and deliver client-specific training materials and sessions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during their initial engagement period.
• Address client questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all client onboarding documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth transition post-onboarding.
• Gather feedback from new clients to identify areas for onboarding process improvement.
