You will collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure a seamless handover and gather feedback to improve the onboarding experience for our fintech clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client onboarding, customer support, or account coordination role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant business tools.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and client assistance.
• Experience in the financial services or technology sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment in Paarl, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the entire onboarding process, from account setup to initial product utilization.
• Provide clear and concise instructions and support to clients during their onboarding journey.
• Conduct introductory calls and training sessions for new clients.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met during onboarding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the client setup phase.
• Maintain accurate records of client onboarding progress and status in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure a seamless handover of new clients.
• Gather feedback from new clients to identify areas for improving the onboarding experience.
• Develop and update onboarding materials and resources for clients.
• Act as a primary point of contact for new clients until they are fully onboarded and comfortable.
