Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis from a remote setting. The role focuses on data-driven insights, forecasting, and strategic reporting to drive business performance.

You will collaborate with various departments to forecast performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance revenue. A strong analytical mindset and effective virtual communication are essential for success in this remote environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related analytical field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or corporate finance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights.
Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Support the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to gather input and validate assumptions.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and special projects.
Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, reporting on deviations and recommending corrective actions.
