Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (CIMA, CA(SA)) advantageous.
• 4–6 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts, providing detailed analysis and commentary.
• Prepare management reports on KPIs, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct variance analysis, investigating deviations from budget and forecast, and recommending corrective actions.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Implement and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide support.
