Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller for a fully remote role with a leading international financial services company. You will oversee all financial operations, ensure IFRS compliance, drive reporting accuracy, and support strategic growth with senior management.

The ideal candidate holds CA(SA) or international equivalent, 7+ years in financial management, ERP experience (SAP or Oracle NetSuite), advanced Excel, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) or international equivalent with strong IFRS knowledge.
• 7+ years' progressive experience in financial management, accounting and controllership.
• Experience leading finance teams and coordinating with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, payroll and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements per IFRS or applicable standards.
• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasting processes.
