Placements24 seeks an accomplished Senior Accountant with IFRS expertise to join a fully remote, international technology firm. You will ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, prepare statements, and support audits across global entities.

The role requires 5+ years IFRS experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment. A professional qualification (CA(SA)/ACCA/CIMA) is mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Mandatory professional qualification (CA(SA)/ACCA/CIMA).
• At least 5 years of IFRS-focused accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and self-management.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure IFRS-compliant financial reporting and disclosures.
• Prepare and review financial statements and notes.
• Manage month-end and year-end closes for entities.
• Perform variance analysis, trend reviews, and policy updates.
• Support external audits and IFRS implementation projects.
• Collaborate with global finance teams and train juniors.
