Placements24 is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to provide remote support and on-site assistance when needed to clients across regions. You will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues and guide customers through installation and maintenance remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with remote access and diagnostic tools is essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for complex equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by customers.
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and maintenance procedures remotely.
• Maintain detailed service records and document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to upscale resolve complex technical problems.
• Onboard new clients and provide them with necessary technical guidance and training.
