Qualifications

Bachelor-level engineering degree required in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
5–7 years in field service, technical support, or similar role with remote capabilities.
Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting electromechanical systems.
Proficiency with SCADA, PLCs, and industrial networking tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High motivation for remote, home-based work with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for complex industrial equipment.
Use remote access tools and monitoring systems to identify malfunctions.
Analyze data to predict failures and recommend preventive maintenance.
Guide on-site technicians through repairs remotely.
Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
