Placements24 is seeking a qualified Remote Social Worker to join our virtual team serving families in Gauteng and beyond. You will conduct assessments, provide remote counseling, and help link clients with community resources from your home office.

The role emphasizes safeguarding children, collaboration with professionals, and ongoing professional development through online training. A SACSSP-registered social worker with at least 3 years post-qualification experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor of Social Work degree and SACSSP registration.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in social work, with family support focus.
• Experience conducting virtual assessments and providing remote counseling.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments via virtual platforms.
• Develop and implement remote intervention plans and counseling.
• Facilitate virtual support groups and family education sessions.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and external services.
• Maintain confidential client records in line with ethics and law.
• Collaborate with other professionals for holistic client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support remotely.
• Engage in regular virtual supervision and professional development.
