Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current SACSSP registration is required.
• Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in social work.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and video conferencing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work remotely with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments to identify needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Provide virtual counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and implement case management plans and coordinate services.
• Coordinate with other providers via virtual channels.
• Maintain confidential electronic client records and case notes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and remote service delivery.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or secure messaging.
• Advocate for clients within the virtual service framework.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and supervision sessions.
• Utilize technology to ensure client information security and privacy.
