Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee quality and efficiency of F&B outlets and partner establishments from a home office. This fully remote role focuses on remote quality control, inventory support, menu compliance, and service standards across locations.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years in F&B management, strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to guide on-site teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, supervision, or related role within hospitality.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to guide and train teams remotely.
• Proficiency in using F&B management software, POS systems, and common office productivity tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote audits and assessments of F&B operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes for various F&B outlets.
• Review and analyze sales data, costs, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to on-site F&B teams via virtual communication channels.
• Ensure consistency in menu offerings, preparation, and presentation across all managed locations.
• Assist in development and implementation of new F&B concepts and promotions.
• Monitor customer feedback and online reviews related to F&B services, escalating issues as needed.
• Train and guide staff on operational procedures, hygiene standards, and service excellence through virtual platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of F&B trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, inventory, and compliance for management.
