Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Food & Beverage Director for a prestigious international hotel brand. The role oversees strategy and operations across multiple properties from a home office, driving revenue, margin improvements, and brand standards at scale.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of F&B leadership, strong P&L skills, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams remotely. Experience in menu engineering, trends, and high-level hospitality operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management required or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in F&B, with directorial/exec experience.
• Strong leadership and financial oversight abilities.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or large-scale F&B operations.
• Proven remote or distributed leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overarching F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Oversee menu engineering, concept development, and quality standards for all F&B outlets.
• Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams.
• Lead and mentor on-site F&B managers and culinary teams.
