Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Food & Beverage Director to oversee culinary and beverage programs across multiple properties. This fully remote role requires strategic planning, menu development, and strong leadership to drive profitability while maintaining top quality standards.

You will partner with on-site F&B Managers and corporate teams, shaping F&B strategies, monitoring trends, and ensuring cost control and compliance.

Qualifications

About the Role

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple outlets or units.
• Proven success in driving profitability and operational efficiency in diverse F&B environments.
• Extensive knowledge of current culinary and beverage trends, mixology, and restaurant operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with menu costing, inventory control systems, and F&B POS systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and lead remote teams successfully.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced culinary qualifications are a plus.
