Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in executive search or senior recruitment in mining or related heavy industries.
• Track record of recruiting for C-suite, VP, Director, and senior ops roles within mining.
• Extensive professional network within the mining sector.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, processing, and related tech.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and talent research within mining to identify key pools and competitors.
• Engage with senior candidates, assess fit for executive roles and build relationships.
• Manage end-to-end executive search: client briefing, sourcing, interviewing, referencing, offers.
• Develop tailored search strategies for confidential senior appointments.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends to clients.
• Maintain candidate and client records in the CRM system.
• Ensure high candidate experience with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with remote teams to deliver mandates.
