You will manage end-to-end searches, leveraging networking, market intelligence, and global reach to deliver top talent while operating in a trusted, autonomous, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in executive search or retained recruitment.
• Proven track record placing senior executives across multiple industries.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of executive assessment methodologies and talent mapping.
• Proficiency in advanced search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage executive search assignments for C-suite and senior leadership roles.
• Develop and implement sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify candidates globally.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks.
