Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant specialising in executive search to lead nationwide leadership talent engagements. You will operate fully remotely, identify and engage top-tier executives, and manage client relationships end-to-end.

This role offers uncapped commissions, a highly competitive salary, access to advanced recruitment tools, and opportunities to shape a new remote executive search division across South Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, ideally within a consultancy.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, assessing, and securing high-caliber executive talent.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive searches for executive and senior leadership positions across diverse industries.
• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates globally.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and hiring managers.
• Manage the entire executive search process, from initial client briefing to successful candidate placement.
• Provide expert market insights and candidate intelligence to clients.
