You will conduct market research, develop targeted search strategies, and manage client relationships across industries, with a strong emphasis on ethics and confidentiality in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in executive search or retained recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA advantageous.
• Proven track record placing senior executives (Director/VP/C-suite).
• Exceptional networking, research, and analytical abilities.
• Strong remote communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct executive search assignments from inception to completion for senior roles.
• Develop and execute sophisticated search strategies to identify top candidates.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and leadership needs.
• Perform market intelligence and landscape analysis to inform strategy.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, references, and psychometrics where appropriate.
• Present shortlisted candidates with insights and recommendations.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Support business development by identifying new clients and opportunities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and high ethical standards.
