Placements24 is seeking a Remote Executive Search Consultant with a strong track record in placing senior leaders. The role focuses on global C-suite searches, passive sourcing, and building relationships with executives and clients in a remote-first environment.

You will conduct in-depth assessments, market mapping, and offer strategic insights to drive successful placements while maintaining high professional standards and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in executive search or high-level executive recruitment.
• Proven track record placing candidates in senior leadership roles (Director, VP, C-suite).
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced research and market intelligence capabilities.
• Superior interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and suited to a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle executive searches for C-suite and senior-level roles globally.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with industry leaders and candidates.
• Perform comprehensive candidate assessments including interviews and background verifications.
• Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence research.
• Present shortlisted candidates with insights and recommendations to clients.
• Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the search process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of search methodologies and tools.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Achieve ambitious targets for successful placements.
