Placements24 is seeking a Remote Executive Search Consultant to identify, engage, and place senior executives for a global client base from a home office based in Cape Town. You will lead C-suite assignments, develop search strategies, and build strong client relationships across industries.

The role requires international experience, exceptional assessment and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of executive search experience, preferably with an international firm
• Track record of placing senior leaders (CEO/CFO/COO/VP level) across industries
• Ability to build rapport with senior executives and high-profile clients
• Strong research, interviewing, and assessment skills
• Understanding of global business practices and talent markets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in a remote setup
• Self-motivation, results-oriented, autonomous remote worker

Responsibilities

• Lead executive search assignments for C-suite and senior roles across international markets
• Develop and execute search strategies to attract top executive-level talent globally
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships and understand strategic talent needs
• Engage with candidates, assess qualifications, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends to clients
• Manage end-to-end search process ensuring timely, confidential placements
• Collaborate with virtual teams across regions and expand professional network
