The role demands proactive sourcing, strong networks, and the ability to manage the full search lifecycle for executive-level roles. You will build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior hiring managers while leveraging sophisticated sourcing techniques and a remote-first

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in executive search
• Experience sourcing for C-suite, VP, and Director roles across industries
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent
• Excellent research, analytical, and networking skills
• Strong executive assessment & candidate evaluation methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target organizations and executives
• Develop and execute sophisticated search strategies for senior candidates
• Manage end-to-end executive search process from briefing to placement
• Build relationships with C-suite executives and hiring managers
• Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments of candidates
• Prepare candidate profiles and concise shortlists for clients
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding of placed executives
• Contribute to business development and client relationship expansion
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM/ATS
• Stay updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks
