This senior, remote-first role requires strategic thinking, deep industry understanding, and a proven track record in placing C-suite, VP, and Director-level talent.

You will leverage an extensive network, conduct market intelligence, and advise clients on leadership acquisition, talent strategy, and market dynamics.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years in executive search with a focus on industrial/manufacturing
• Proven record of placing senior executives
• Strong research, analytical and critical thinking
• Proven ability to network with senior leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with advanced search tools and databases
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a remote setting

Aufgaben

• Conduct executive searches for CEO, CFO, COO, VP, and Director roles in industrial/manufacturing
• Design and execute sophisticated search strategies to identify and engage top talent globally
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and candidates
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights
• Present thoroughly vetted candidate shortlists with assessments and recommendations
• Manage the end-to-end search process from client briefing to offers and onboarding
• Represent the firm professionally, upholding high standards of executive search
• Stay updated on industry trends and leadership talent dynamics
