Placements24 is seeking a highly accomplished Remote Executive Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team. You will lead end-to-end executive search assignments for C-suite, VP and Director roles across multiple industries, sourcing top executives worldwide from a fully remote setup.

You will build strong networks, assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit, and negotiate complex offers. A track record of placing senior leaders and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in executive search, agency or in-house.
• Proven track record of placing senior leadership roles.
• Excellent networking, research, and interviewing skills.
• Strong understanding across industries and functional areas.
• Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end executive search for C-suite, VP, and Director-level roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive and active executives globally.
• Assess candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust network of executive talent across key industries.
• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives and talent needs.
• Manage candidate pipelines with timely communication and a positive experience.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and market intelligence reports.
• Negotiate complex compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptances.
