Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Executive Recruiter to identify, engage, and place senior leaders across industries. This fully remote role requires managing complex C-suite searches while maintaining strict confidentiality and delivering strategic talent solutions for global clients.

You will leverage advanced research, an extensive network, and sophisticated sourcing to build leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in executive search, retained search, or senior-level talent acquisition.
• Proven success in managing complex executive searches for C-suite and director roles.
• Extensive network of senior-level contacts across industries.
• Advanced research, sourcing, and candidate engagement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• High professionalism, integrity and discretion.
• Ability to work independently on multiple high-priority searches in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with executive search databases, CRM systems, and talent intelligence tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/HR; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand search requirements and organizational needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify top executive talent globally.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through research and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate leadership potential and fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates with profiles and recommendations.
• Manage the full search process from engagement to placement and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a global network of executive contacts across industries.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards throughout engagements.
• Provide clients with market insights on leadership talent trends.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and candidates throughout the search process.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience for senior professionals.
