Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to specialise in industrial and manufacturing roles. Working remotely, you will source skilled tradespeople, engineers, technicians and operators for plants and facilities across the Northern Cape region, connecting employers with the talent they need.

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, conduct screenings and interviews, negotiate offers and support onboarding, while staying current with industry trends and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally industrial/manufacturing or technical roles.
• Understanding of trades, engineering disciplines and manufacturing processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills for technical roles.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment process for industrial/manufacturing roles.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates, including artisans and engineers.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess technical skills and safety.
• Develop relationships with clients in manufacturing and heavy industry.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding for successful hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor market in manufacturing.
