Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to drive remote, strategic sourcing for engineering and manufacturing roles. You will identify passive candidates, build strong pipelines, and engage top talent across disciplines to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes autonomy, advanced sourcing tools, and delivering market intelligence to support recruitment consultants in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for engineering/manufacturing roles.
• Strong research and analytical skills for talent mapping.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for engineering/manufacturing roles.
• Utilize advanced search techniques across platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter and niche boards.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in mechanical, electrical, chemical, and industrial engineering and operations roles.
• Screen and engage candidates, assessing qualifications and cultural fit for client teams.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand job requirements and provide market intelligence.
• Track sourcing activities using CRM and ATS; stay updated on industry trends.
• Ensure high candidate experience throughout engagement process.
