Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Recruitment Consultant to spearhead the Manufacturing & Operations division. This fully remote role allows you to recruit for industrial and operational roles across South Africa, while mentoring a team of consultants.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing & operations recruitment, a track record of filling senior roles, and strong business development and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment consultancy with Manufacturing & Operations focus.
• Proven track record filling senior-level roles in industrial sectors.
• Experience leading and mentoring a remote team of consultants.
• Strong business development and client management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and operations job market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with remote teams.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and operations roles from junior to executive.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent in manufacturing.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and understand needs.
• Oversee and coach a team of recruitment consultants.
• Conduct market research on trends, salaries, and talent availability.
• Drive business development to expand the client base.
• Ensure high standards of service and candidate experience.
• Utilize recruitment technology and CRM systems to improve efficiency.
