Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, hospitality, or related field is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and securing venues, vendors, and suppliers within budget constraints.
• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, catering, and A/V requirements.
• Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVP tracking through event management software.
• Provide on-site support during events, assisting with set-up, guest management, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare event materials, such as signage, programs, and promotional items.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure alignment.
