Job summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized Remote Event Logistics Coordinator to manage the logistical aspects of their diverse event portfolio from a remote location. You will coordinate vendors, manage event materials, and ensure the smooth execution of both in-person and virtual events.

This role requires exceptional planning, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will help deliver memorable events and support the reputation of our client's events division

Qualifications

Experience coordinating event logistics or event management.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Vendor management and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and event planning software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all event logistics, including venue bookings, vendor management, and equipment rentals.
Procure and distribute event materials, invitations, and promotional items.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to confirm arrangements and resolve logistical challenges.
Develop and maintain detailed event schedules and logistical plans.
Provide on-site or virtual support during events to manage unexpected issues.
Oversee event setup and breakdown logistics, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
