Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Catering Event Planner to manage end-to-end logistics for catered events from a virtual setting. You will coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless event execution without being physically present.

You will leverage digital tools and communication platforms to design, plan, and oversee events, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Planner, Catering Coordinator, or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools, project management software, and event planning platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for remote client and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning and coordination of multiple catering events remotely.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the planning process.
• Source and liaise with external vendors, including venues, decorators, and entertainment providers.
• Develop detailed event timelines, run sheets, and logistical plans for seamless execution.
• Oversee budget management for assigned events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to convey event requirements and details accurately.
