You will be instrumental in bringing virtual and blended events to life, from initial planning stages through to post-event analysis. This involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing external vendors, and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all participants. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of virtual and hybrid events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.
• Source and manage relationships with virtual event platforms, AV providers, and other external suppliers.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on event promotion, registration processes, and attendee engagement strategies.
• Provide on-site (virtual) support during events, troubleshooting any technical issues and ensuring smooth operation.
• Conduct post-event analysis, collect feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports on event success and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in event coordination, with a significant focus on virtual or hybrid event management.
• Proficiency with major virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Cvent, Bizzabo) and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
