Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Event Coordinator to manage hospitality events for clients across various regions. This fully remote role requires you to handle all phases from client consultation to vendor management and on-the-day coordination, including potential on-site support teams.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning and coordination
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency with event management software and virtual tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Responsabilités

• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements, objectives and budgets
• Develop creative event concepts and proposals
• Source and manage vendors including caterers, decorators, entertainment, and venues
• Create detailed timelines and production schedules
• Oversee budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability
• Coordinate logistics including invitations, seating, and on-site activities
• Manage remote and on-site coordination teams during events
• Conduct post-event debriefings and client follow-ups
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Troubleshoot issues before and during events
