Placements24 is seeking a creative and highly organized Hospitality Event Coordinator to plan and execute memorable events, from intimate gatherings to large functions. This role blends remote planning with on-site coordination to ensure flawless delivery and guest experiences.

You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate with vendors and venues, and lead the team to deliver exceptional events in the vibrant hospitality sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator in hospitality.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple events.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills; meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with event planning software and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute hospitality events (corporate, weddings, private parties).
• Define objectives, themes, budgets, and logistics with clients.
• Coordinate with vendors, catering staff, and venues to meet high standards.
• Create event timelines and run sheets; supervise on-site execution.
