Placements24 is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to focus on the engineering sector. This remote-first role allows you to recruit top engineering talent for a diverse client base, from startups to established firms, across South Africa.

You will manage full lifecycle recruiting, source actively and passively, interview candidates, assess technical skills, and build lasting relationships with engineers and clients while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technical recruitment with a focus on engineering.
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing engineers across multiple specialties.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts, terminology and trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles (mechanical, electrical, civil, software, chemical).
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate fit and skills.
