Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Recruitment Consultant focused on engineering recruitment. You will source and place top engineering talent across mechanical, civil, electrical, and software disciplines, delivering end-to-end solutions remotely.

Operate with autonomy, leveraging digital tools and networks to identify niche engineers, conduct virtual interviews, and manage the full lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment consultancy with a focus on engineering.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in specialized engineering fields.
• Strong understanding of various engineering disciplines, software, and industry standards.
• Exceptional remote communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools, ATS, and online recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for engineering roles globally, operating remotely.
• Utilize online search strategies, professional networks, and databases to identify niche engineering talent.
