Placements24 seeks a skilled Remote Recruitment Consultant specializing in engineering to join a remote-first team. You will manage full recruitment cycles for engineering roles, sourcing niche talent and ensuring successful placements for clients operating in or connected to Upington, Northern Cape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in recruitment with engineering focus.
• Proven ability to source and recruit for multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong sourcing techniques and knowledge of industry terms.
• Experience using recruitment software, job boards and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for engineering roles, including client engagement, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates for diverse engineering specializations (e.g., mechanical, civil, electrical, process).
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering professionals and hiring managers, understanding technical requirements and project needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and company culture.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress in the ATS.
• Provide excellent service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment experience.
